What is the GlowPass membership?

Where do we begin? GlowPass is designed to offer savings on services at participating brands when you purchase a pass, rather than purchasing individual services one at a time. It's about giving you more for less—more beauty, more bliss, more ease and more value for less than you expect! There are multiple GlowPass membership options that include select brands.

What's the difference between the GlowPass membership and the GlowPass Plus membership?

With the GlowPass membership, you've got two ways to glow! The GlowPass Plus membership is all about "having it all" with services at the Amazing Lash Studio®, Drybar®, Radiant Waxing® and Elements Massage® locations. But wait, there's more—the GlowPass membership suits your specific needs with services at Drybar, Radiant Waxing and Elements Massage locations.

What services are available with my GlowPass membership?

Get ready to get excited! Your GlowPass membership grants you access to all of the services below. Everything you need to get your glow on. Any services that are not listed below may be purchased at the service location.

• Drybar- 4 blowouts/month.
• Elements Massage- 2 one hour massages/month
• Amazing Lash Studio- Unlimited full-sets*, refills and lash lifts
• Radiant Waxing- 1 waxing service up to the value of a Brazilian/month

*Eligibility for a full set at Amazing Lash Studio locations depends on if you've been to the studio in the past 14 days. If it's been fewer than 14 days, you will be subject to paying full price for your full set of lashes.

How many blowouts can I get at Drybar shops each month?

Prepare to be blown away! You get 4 blowouts a month at a Drybar shop.

How many massages can I get at Elements Massage studios each month?

Relax, you get twice the bliss with 2 one hour massage sessions each month at Elements Massage.

How many times can I get my lashes done at an Amazing Lash Studio location each month?

Have lashes without limits! With your GlowPass membership, you get unlimited full-sets*, refills and lash lifts at Amazing Lash Studio locations.

*Eligibility for a full set at Amazing Lash Studio locations depend on if you've been to the studio in the past 14 days. If it's been fewer than 14 days, you will be subject to paying full price for your full set of lashes.

How many times can I get a wax at Radiant Waxing studios each month?

Dare to bare with 1 waxing service up to the value of a Brazilian/month at Radiant Waxing locations.

How do I upgrade to a 90 minute massage session at Elements Massage studios?

You may book a 90 minute massage session through the GlowPass site. Once you check-in at the studio, you will be responsible for paying the balance of the upgrade.

How do I add an add-on to my blowout appointment at Drybar shops?

You may book an add-on to your blowout appointment through the GlowPass site. During check-out of your Drybar service, you will be responsible for paying the balance of the add-on upgrade.

How do I add a volume upgrade to my lash service at an Amazing Lash Studio location?

Volume will be booked directly at the studio after the Lash Stylist has been able to assess your current lashes.

Do I have to pay extra for a Master/Elite Massage Therapist at Elements Massage studios?

Sorry to say, but yes. Your GlowPass membership gives you access to services performed by non-Master and non-Elite Massage Therapists. If you wish to upgrade to a Master or Elite Massage Therapist, you are subject to paying the increased cost of that service.

Do I have to pay extra for a Master Stylist at Amazing Lash Studio locations?

Yes, you do. Your GlowPass membership gives you access to services performed by non-Master Stylists. If you wish to upgrade to a Master Stylist, you are subject to paying the increased cost of that service. Thanks for understanding.

Where can I use my GlowPass membership?

We're so glad you can't wait to get glowing! Your GlowPass membership may be used at only the participating locations stated in your membership agreement.
If you try to use your GlowPass membership at a non-participating location, you will be subject to paying the full price of services at that location. We don't want that, and neither do you!

Can I use GlowPass while traveling outside my market?

Right now, your GlowPass membership is only accessible in the participating market and locations that are on your membership agreement. But we hope that one day, you'll be able to glow everywhere!

Where do I book services for my GlowPass membership?

All of your GlowPass services must be booked through the GlowPass site. Just log in, browse and book all of your beauty and bliss in a blink!

Will my membership automatically renew each month?

Let us take membership off your mind. Your GlowPass membership fees will be charged immediately upon signing up for the membership and every 30 days thereafter on the anniversary date of signing up.

How do I cancel my GlowPass membership?

We hate to see you go and lose your glow! But if you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your next billing cycle. Please contact the support center at 720-873-5444 to speak to a representative.

Once your membership is cancelled, you will have access to accrued benefits in the month that you have paid.

If I cancel my GlowPass membership, what happens to the services booked outside of my cancellation period?

When you pass on GlowPass services, those services booked outside of your billing period will automatically be cancelled.

Once you cancel, should you still wish to book individual services outside of your GlowPass membership, you will need to go back and rebook your appointments through the brand-level sites and will be paying for those services individually.

How do I change my GlowPass option plan? (going from GlowPass to GlowPass Plus)

It's easy to glow with your perfect plan! To make changes to your GlowPass plan, please call 720-873-5444 and speak to a representative.

How do I update my credit card information?

To add, edit or change the credit card tied to your GlowPass membership, click HERE.

How do I change my GlowPass account password?

To change your GlowPass account password, navigate to Account Settings to enter and save a new password.

How do I know when my membership starts and ends?

To view the billing date of your GlowPass membership, please log in to your GlowPass account and visit the My Account webpage.

Do my services roll over each month if I do not use them?

No, you've got to use 'em or lose 'em! Your services expire at the end of each pay-period and are refilled on your next payment date.

What is the late cancellation and no-show policy?

Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the customer according to the policy for the location and brand your service is booked with. Good to know!

Do I need to have a GlowPass membership to book services through the GlowPass site?

Yes, you must be a GlowPass member to book services through the GlowPass site. Belonging has its benefits!

Can I share my GlowPass membership with friends and family?

No, because your GlowPass membership is all about you. Your GlowPass membership cannot be transferred or shared.

Where can I access my GlowPass membership agreement?

Your membership agreement is emailed to you when you sign up for your membership. You can also reach out to [email protected] and we can send you a copy of your membership agreement.

I signed up for a pre-sales GlowPass membership. How long do I get to keep that discounted rate?

Lucky you! If you signed up for a discounted GlowPass membership, you are guaranteed the discounted rate for six months after the date of enrollment.

Membership fees will automatically reinstate on the seventh month at the location's then current market rate pricing.

Do I need to bring a photo ID when I go to get a service?

Yes. Please be prepared to bring a photo ID to your booked appointments to show the front desk at check in.

Can I walk in or do I need to book reservation?

We want to be sure to save you a spot, so reservations are required through the GlowPass site for all services. Book early to breathe easy!

What is the GlowPass refund policy?

Sorry, but your GlowPass membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your GlowPass membership, please contact GlowPass support at 720-873-5444 and they can help you out. Services will remain redeemable for the month that you have paid for.

Does GlowPass have gift cards?

We love that you want to give the glow, but GlowPass does not offer gift cards at this time. Be sure to subscribe to our email list and you will be the first to know when gift cards are available for purchase!
